Spanish mountains 

Sierra Nevada, situated in the southeastern piece of Spain, in the Autonomous Region of Andalusia. It is the most elevated piece of the Andalusia Mountains in southern Spain, and the most elevated in the Penibettico mountain range. 

The Sierra Nevada (Spanish: Sierra Nevada, signifying "snow mountain") is situated in the independent area of Andalusia in southeastern Spain, and at the foot of the mountain is the city of Granada, close to the focal coast. It is the most elevated piece of the Andalusia Mountains in southern Spain, and the most noteworthy in the Penibettico mountain range. 

The Sierra Nevada Mountains were shaped by the development of the Alps, around east and west, with a length of around 41 kilometers, and the northwest is associated with the Granada Plain by a flaw. There are numerous pinnacles in excess of 3000 meters above ocean level, among them is the most noteworthy pinnacle of Mount Murassen at 3,718 meters above ocean level, which is the most elevated point on the Iberian Peninsula. 

The Spanish endeavor gave the name and starting point of the Sierra Nevada Mountains in the United States in 1518. The Sierra Nevada turned into a well known vacationer location and is a ski resort in southern Europe.
